From the time, Filippetti Yacht finalized the project and received the new renderings from the office of De Simoni there has been great interest in this new concept.
The F100 is fresh with innovation in terms of style, design and layout with amazing open areas and deck space from the flybridge to the beach club.
"This model includes all the features that are important to us in a Yacht. The external lines do not follow the yachting fashion change and the layout exploits both internal and external spaces while maximizing sea keeping and performance" says Giovanni.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN FILIPPETTI AND TWIN DISC
FOR THE SURFACE PROPELLERS LOVERS ONLY THE BEST WITH ARNESON SURFACE DRIVES.
The American Company Twin Disc Inc., who manufactures and markets the Arneson brand, and the Italian Shipyard Filippetti Yacht have made a commercial agreement to power all their Performance Yachts with the Arneson Surface Drives system by Twin Disc.
The Arneson Surface Drives System (ASD) will be set up on all the Filippetti Sport range from 55’ to 75’ and the Flybridge range, when Customer chooses the configuration with surface propellers.
Thanks to the use of ASD technology, the Filippetti Shipyard is able to guarantee maximum performance, managing to satisfy those Owners who want to reach speeds in excess of 40 knots.
The Arneson Drives System provides performance and shallow draft on the Filippetti Sport and Flybridge series.
“Today’s customers are looking for performance along with sea keeping and the ability to get into secluded areas that require a minimum shallow draft,” said Giovanni Filippetti, Heads of Filippetti.
The Filippetti family continues the long relationship with Twin Disc since 1985 when Fausto Filippetti first founded Pershing Yachts.
Ahead of his time, Fausto was the first builder to install Arneson Surface Drives system on a luxury performance yacht in Italy. “There is no doubt about the quality and the reliability of the product” – Fausto said – “Arneson is a proven and safe system, and it is made to last long”.
Twin Disc is a very strong company with great leadership and over a hundred years of experience in the marine industry. Giovanni Filippetti is very confident that their customers will have the support of Twin Disc to provide the best after-sales service possible in every location throughout the world.
The strong relationship between Twin Disc / Arneson and Filippetti Yacht continues with a bright future and new models on the horizon.

SPORT VERSUS FLYBRIDGE YACHTS
Another topic that is the subject of debate in the nautical world is the difference between the various two styles of boats: sport yachts and flybridge.
FILIPPETTI SPORT YACHT VS FILIPPETTI FLYBRIDGE
A sport yacht, or also defined as open, is a boat whose main characteristics are:
- High performance;
- Planing hull;
- Single deck over the hull;
- Sporty and captivating look.
Sports yachts are designed to reach high speeds. Thanks to the different motorization and propulsion configurations, they guarantee high performance in terms of maximum speed and navigation.
A flybridge boat is characterized by having an area in the "roof" of the boat - called fly - where there are a driving position and a sunbathing area. This area is usually covered by a hardtop.
Even these boats are usually equipped with a planing hull.
In addition, state-of-the-art and latest generation navigation instruments are installed in both sport boats and flybridge.
However, unlike sports yachts, flybridge yachts are by definition more comfortable - even if they are still very performing.
It then happens that these two styles merge, especially when the sport boats become large enough to be able to place a driving position and a sunbathing area in the fly. This type of luxury yacht is called Filippetti Sport Bridge.
The Filippetti Yacht range
The Filippetti Yacht range consists of 4 series of yachts, including the SPORT YACHTS SERIES and the FLYBRIDGE YACHTS SERIES.
The Sport Yachts Series yachts (55 to 75 feet) are equipped with the most advanced technologies. Every open boat in this sports series is designed for an owner who loves high performance, speed, and modern design.
The Flybridge Yachts Series brings together three essential elements of luxury yachting, achieving the perfect balance of design, comfort, and performance.
In addition, thanks to a studied design on board and multiple sharing spaces, the boats in this series are ideal for combining travel and fun.
